Event Management Plan (EMP)

Overview

The Event Management Plan (EMP) provides a complete operational and governance framework for all major sailing events hosted at Plas Heli, the Welsh National Sailing Academy & Events Centre. It is designed as a structured, modular document that supports organisers, race management teams, volunteers, and regulatory bodies.
