These camping pitches are in high demand during events, so be sure to book early; they will be allocated on a first come basis.

All pitches are conveniently located for the Academy facilities which include Restaurant, Cafe and Bar. These are situated on the first floor of the building and enjoy spectacular sea views with the mountains of Snowdonia in the distance. Showers and Toilets are also available. Further information about our facilities are available here

Start the process by clicking on 'Book now' below, then select the 'Pitch type', then select your 'dates', 'Number of pitches' and proceed to provide your details and then use the easy payment system. That's it easy!

Camping Pitches Dwnan (Tents)

An area for Tents on the Dunes in front of Plas Heli. This area is prepared for tents during the Topper Nationals to meet the demand for tents camping for the event. 

Elevated position with sea views! No electricity.

See site plan. We have initially made 5 pitches available for booking - more can be added if there is a demand!

Plas Heli is the Welsh National Sailing Academy and Events Centre located in Pwllheli, North Wales. This is the centre of choice for major sailing events and championships. The facilities offer an ideal base to explore the glorious Llyn Peninsula and is within walking distance of the town.

Sailing, Boating, Events, Golf and Walking. All within easy walking distance of the town.
Pwllheli, a historic Market and Seaside town, is within walking distance of the facility and features a weekly Wednesday market, golf course and leisure centre.
Pwllheli is a base for exploring the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the Peninsula, Snowdonia National Park and, of course, the spectacular castles.
Pwllheli, the Llŷn Peninsula and Cardigan Bay enjoys its own microclimate, thanks to the influence of the Gulf Stream, resulting in milder weather, and warmer sea temperatures.
The sailing waters around Plas Heli and Pwllheli, are renowned, as world-class waters and chosen as the sailing venue for the Manchester Olympic bids
