Event Description: Yacht Race from Wales to Fort William. 

From: 05-06-2027 To: 12-06-2027

Yachts will gather upto a week before the event, the yachts will depart for the start on the morning of Saturday 12th June. At the moment we are considering a start off Barmouth.
Expecting upto 15 yachts but some will more in the marina. Each yacht will have a crew of 5.

Number of Sailors Expected: 30

Number of Coaches Expected: 0

Number of RIBS required: 0

Committee Boat Requested:  None None

The Plas Heli Bridge:  No - We do NOT require the use of the Bridge

Training Rooms: No - we will not require a training room if yes you said you want  0 

Extra Equipment - we asked if you required any additional equipment, such as hand-held VHF radios, life jackets, etc

Additional Information Provided about attendees (including any special needs): Teams will have support crew, we intend to put on a pre-race meal on the Friday night, how many people can you accommodate?

Catering services: Yes - we will require catering service 

Your Catering Requirements: Meal for upto 100 people on Friday evening.
