The Plas Heli Pontoons Berths, Sport Boats (Dry Berth), Visitor Berths, Training and Events Pontoons,
The 2024 fees have now been set. Please use this form to apply for your 2024 berth (updated 11th December 2023)
The 2024 pontoon berths have now been set and published - again this year we have kept the increases below inflation.
Our electricity costs remain high and we must pass this cost on to our customers. The charge in 2023 is set at 15% of the berth fee (22% for winter months).
However, we expect our customers to be careful with their usage and follow our 'Fair and Acceptable Use Policy'. We will carry out rouitine checks on consumption, and excess use (over the fee amout) will be charged as an extra. Customers can also apply for a pay as you go service.

The visitor and events pontoons are located to the north of Hafan marina and has it's own access bridge from the new quay and to the west of Plas Heli.
The Plas Heli pontoons has been specifically designed for events and training with a wide access bridge and walkways, flexible layout and with it's open bays makes the facility ideal for a Boat Show and for large keel boat championships such as the annual IRC Welsh National Championship.
The pontoons are available for visitor boats and can accommodate visiting flotillas and cruise in company fleets.
Pwllheli harbour has easy access to Cardigan Bay and is an ideal base to explore our spectacular, scenic coastline of natural beauty and the numerous safe anchorages and harbours.
The pontoons together with a floating dock accommodate all event RIBs and committee boats. A floating slipway, and disable access hoist makes the facility suitable for canoeing, kayaking and rowing
You will be provided with access codes to the pontoon gate - this is changed regularly.
You will also be provided with access codes to the barrier at the entrance to Cei Yr Heli (quay-side parking and events area).
Customers on Seasonal Contracts will be issued with a boat specific access code which will work with the pontoon access gate and the barrier to Cei Heli (quayside), the parking and events area.
These codes should not be shared with anyone.
Each 'Annual' and 'Seasonal' contract holder will be issued with a 'boat specific code' which will open the barrier to Cei Yr Heli and the Pontoon Gate.
