Storage will be in accordance with our Terms and Conditions - see below and on a first come basis.
Introduction to Storage at Plas Heli
Storage of Boats, Trailer, Caravans and Motorhomes is in the Plas Heli Main Compound, but can be on the Quayside by request.
This large, secure compound has a perimiter fence and the entry to the Main Compound is through the double gates next to the RNLI Station.
The gate key pad code for entry and exit will be provided to all authorised users. Each customer will have their own bespoke code and they will be responsible for its safe keeping. Different user groups and events, and camping groups will have their own separate codes.
Caravans and Motorhomes will be stored in the north west part of the compound - the main camping area. Unless otherwise instructed.
Boats and trailers will be in the south west corner - area marked 'B' on the palan. Unless otherwise instructed.
Both areas have access to the electric hook-ups which will be an extra charge.
Please Note: This compound is primarily used for events, training and camping. Customers storing their vehicles and Boats/trailers must ensure that they are stored so as not to cause a danger or nusience to other compound users.
During large events, usually in the summer months, stored items may need to be moved within the compound.

Short Stay
This is charged on a daily rate with a discounted rate in the winter.
Boats must be on their own trailer and payment in advance.
Electricity is not available for these storage areas.

Winter Short Stay Storage - available for a small number of boats on a first come basis from 1st October to 31st March.
Small trailers and boats under 10 foot = £3.00 per day Winter Rate - October to March inclusive
Motor Homes, Caravans and Large Boat Trailers = £4.50 per day - please note this is on unoccupied terms without electricity (10% extra) Summer rate April to September inclusive
Subject to a minimum stay fee of £15
Summer Short Stay Storage at Plas Heli
Summer Short Stay Storage - available for a small number of boats on a first come basis from 1st April to 30th September.
Small trailers and boats under 10 foot = £5.00 per day Summer rate - April to September inclusive
Motor Homes, Caravans and Large Boat Trailers = £7.50 per day - please note this is on unoccupied terms without electricity (10% extra)
Subject to a minimum stay fee of £15
Monthly Storage
Monthly rate is charged for the whole month in advance, as follows:
Small trailers and boats under 10 foot = £100 per month Summer rate April to September inclusive)
Motor Homes, Caravans and Large Boat Trailers = £170 per month - please note this is on unoccupied terms without electricity. Summer rate April to September 2024 inclusive)

Winter Boat Storage - available for a small number of boats on a first come basis from 1st October 2023 to 31st March 2024.
Cost for the 6 months £480.00 in advance. (Only £2.64 per day but payment for the whole 6 months only) Subject to availability.
Summer Boat Storage at Plas Heli
Cost for the 6 months 1st April to 30th September 2024 £600 in advance.
Electricity is not available.
Boats must be on their own trailer and payment in advance.

Annual Rate 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2025 is charged for the whole year in advance, as follows:

Motor Homes, Caravans and Large Boat Trailers £750 per Year - please note this is on unoccupied terms without electricity.
