    • Target Range: We aim to keep CO₂ levels below 800 ppm during operating hours.

    • Ventilation: We have mechanical ventilation to o maintain airflow. There are also sufficient opening doors to asist in air changes.

    • Monitoring: Three CO₂ sensors are strategically placed throughout the café and bar areas to continuously monitor air quality..

    • Awareness: Our Catering Franchisee is trained to recognize signs of poor air quality—fatigue, headaches, or stale air.

    • Legal Thresholds: The UK Health and Safety Executive (HSE) recommends action if levels consistently exceed 1,500 ppm, and OSHA sets a workplace exposure limit of 5,000 ppm over 8 hours, though this is far above comfort levels.

If you have concerns about air quality please inform the Catering Franchisee or Plas Heli Directors -
