Awareness: Our Catering Franchisee is trained to recognize signs of poor air quality—fatigue, headaches, or stale air.

Legal Thresholds: The UK Health and Safety Executive (HSE) recommends action if levels consistently exceed 1,500 ppm, and OSHA sets a workplace exposure limit of 5,000 ppm over 8 hours, though this is far above comfort levels.
