The Compliance Documents Library contains all statutory, regulatory, and venue‑level documentation required for legal compliance, SAG submissions, insurance validation, and event governance at Plas Heli, the Welsh National Sailing Academy & Events Centre.

Digital Library Development

Plas Heli is actively expanding this digital documentation platform. Many of our long‑standing paper documents are being migrated into structured online libraries. If you require a compliance document, certificate, or reference that is not yet available here, the Plas Heli Operations Team will provide it directly.

This library will continue to grow as we publish more statutory documents, certifications, and venue compliance records. If something you need is missing, please let us know — we are here to help.

High‑Risk Compliance Items

These documents relate to statutory obligations and high‑risk compliance areas. Event organisers should ensure these items are reviewed and included in their EMP and SAG submission where required.

• Fire Risk Assessment (FRA): Venue‑wide fire safety assessment including evacuation routes, assembly points, and fire equipment locations. (See side menu)
• Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR): Statutory electrical safety certification for the building and associated infrastructure. (See side menu)
• Public Liability Insurance (PLI): Venue insurance documentation required for event organisers, class associations, and SAG. (See side menu)
• Gas Safety Certification: Compliance documentation for any gas‑powered catering or temporary equipment used during events. (See side menu)

How These Documents Support Your Event

The Compliance Documents Library works alongside the Event Organiser Playbook, the EMP Library, and the Safety Documents Library to provide a complete statutory and governance framework for visiting event organisers.

Event organisers should ensure that:

• All required compliance documents are included in their EMP
• Any temporary structures or equipment brought on site have valid certification
• Vendors provide up‑to‑date PLI, Food Hygiene Rating, and Gas Safety documentation
• Any missing compliance documents are requested from Plas Heli Operations
