The Compliance Documents Library contains all statutory, regulatory, and venue‑level safety documentation required for Plas Heli, the Welsh National Sailing Academy & Events Centre. These documents support legal compliance, insurance requirements, and operational assurance for all events hosted at the venue.

This library is designed to be clear, accessible, and easy to update, ensuring that Plas Heli meets all obligations set by Gwynedd Council, the Harbour Authority, insurers, and national governing bodies.

Version Control

Compliance documents are reviewed annually or when statutory changes occur. Updates should be logged and stored with the Duty Manager’s compliance records.
