Cymraeg Plas Heli has submitted a planning application to repurpose the under‑utilised former Sailing Club shower and toilet facilities at Caban Heli.
The proposal seeks consent to create four small‑scale, flexible‑use retail and business units. These non‑residential spaces are designed to support local enterprise and community activity, making productive use of an existing building while enhancing the vibrancy of the Hafan site.
