NCI Pwllheli is a planned new National Coastwatch Institution Lookout station, scheduled to be commissioned in 2013. It will be manned by a group of volunteer, highly trained watchkeepers, who, apart rom their official duties will get involved in local fundraising events, to equip, maintain and run the station. The NCI is a registered charity and a totally voluntary organisation, and in accordance with the Institution's rules NCI Pwllheli must be funded at a local level |
