Plas Heli Cyf provides the RIBs, and Committee Boats, for race management and race support purposes.
You, the boat operator, agree and acknowledge that:
a) Only You or an Authorised boat operator will operate the Vessel; and
(b) You and any Authorised boat operator hold a current RYA qualification (level 2) or marine qualification to do so.(see conditions).
(c) You must not allow a person under the age of 16 years to operate the Vessel. (see conditions).
(e) Cancellation Policy: - A full refund will be given for all cancellations made at least 14 days prior to booking, 50% for 3 days notice & no refund for cancellations under 2 days notice.
The following applies to all users who are in control of the Vessel, who must be experienced, connected to the business, and permitted to use the vessel by the Insured.
It is a condition of this insurance that:
• there is an experienced skipper on board, and is always in control whilst the Vessel is in use; and the business’ Standard Operating Procedures are always adhered to.
• Operators 21 years of age and over must have attained the RYA Powerboat 2 qualification and/or a have a minimum of one years’ experience.
• Operators between 16 and 20 years of age must have attained the RYA Powerboat 2 qualification or must be accompanied on board by an experienced and qualified person over 21 years of age.
• Operators under 16 years of age must be accompanied on board by an experienced and qualified person over 21 years of age.
Please note that the insurance policy excludes loss of or damage to the craft and any liability arising because of any engine cut-out device being inoperative.
You must wear the Kill cord.
The following applies to all users who are in control of the Vessel, who must be experienced, connected to the business, and permitted to use the vessel by the Insured.
It is a condition of this insurance that:
• there is an experienced skipper on board, and is always in control whilst the Vessel is in use; and the business’ Standard Operating Procedures are always adhered to.
• Operators 21 years of age and over must have attained the RYA Powerboat 2 qualification and/or a have a minimum of one years’ experience.
• Operators between 16 and 20 years of age must have attained the RYA Powerboat 2 qualification or must be accompanied on board by an experienced and qualified person over 21 years of age.
• Operators under 16 years of age must not operate the boat.
You and any Authorised operator must only operate the Vessel:
(a) In the usual sailing events waters of Pwllheli and Abersoch and within 7 nautical miles from the shore; and
(b) The Vessel is not permitted outside of Tremadog Bay the Vessels chart should be referred to when ascertaining any other areas of exclusion such as no boating zones.
(c) The Vessel is not to be operated when damaged or unsafe to do so;
(d) Not use the Vessel after an accident or hitting an object until You have obtained approval from Plas Heli Cyf or its Authorised representatives to do so;
(e) The Vessel must not be used to carry any dangerous or flammable goods
(f) Not to use the Vessel in contravention of any law.
(g) Smoking is not permitted in the Vessel at anytime.
(h) You must not operate the Vessel in adverse conditions where the wave height exceeds 1.5 metres; or
(i) The wind speed exceeds 20 knots
(j) The vessel can only be operated in daylight hours.
(k) The vessel is not to be operated in shallow water and must not be beached.
You must report any damage to the vessel at the earliest possible opportunity.
You must pay for any unauthorised repairs to the Vessel and for all infringements and fines in respect of the Vessel during the period of hire.
You must return the Vessel to Plas Heli on the date and by the time agreed and
(a) if You are unable to return the Vessel to Plas Heli you must notify Plas Heli Cyf immediately.
(b) you must pay Plas Heli Cyf the Hire the rental charges due including additional rental charges and compensate Plas Heli for any loss Plas Heli suffers up to the time that the Vessel is recovered.
(c) The Vessel must be refuelled at the end of the hire period and only by a representative of Plas Heli, fuel used during the hire period will be charged to the hirer.
You are liable:
(a) for the loss of, and all damage to, the Vessel; and
(b) for all damage to the property of any person:
(1) which is caused or contributed to by You or any person You allow to operate the Vessel; or
(2) which arises from the use of the Vessel by You or any person You allow to drive the Vessel. This clause does not apply to any damage or loss for which Plas Heli was responsible.
Where You are required to pay Plas Heli Cyf for any loss, damage, repair, cost or fee:
(1) may be reasonably determined by Plas Heli and
(2) in relation to damage to the Vessel, is the lesser of the cost of repairs to the Vessel or the market value of the Vessel at the time of the damage
(b) If the amount determined by Plas Heli and paid by You under this terms and conditions exceeds the final cost of the loss, damage or repair, Plas Heli will refund the difference to You.
(c) Plas Heli will provide details to You of the final cost of the loss, damage or repair on request by You.
For the purpose of this Terms and Conditions, and unless stated otherwise,
(a) “The Company” shall mean Plas heli Cyf any related corporations of it providing goods or services to the Hirer and any person acting with due authority of the Company.
(b) “You” shall mean the person or persons Authorised in the Agreement as the Hirer and any person signing or initialling this agreement (other than on behalf of the Company).
(c) “Price” shall mean the cost of the rental as agreed between the Company and the Hirer subject to the other terms of this agreement.
(d) “Services” shall mean all Services supplied by the Company to the Hirer.
(e) A reference to a Boat includes: -
(1) the Vessel;
(2) a reference to multiple Vessels and other similar or related equipment;
(3) a reference to a proposed Vessel which has been booked or provided (even in the absence of a signed agreement);
(f) No rule of construction applies to the disadvantage of the party preparing the document on the basis that it put forward this document or any part of it.
(g) Time is of the essence except where specific provision is made or the contrary intention appears.
(h) A reference to a person includes the person’s heirs, executors, administrators, successors, substitutes and assigns and this document is intended to be binding upon such persons.
(i) The singular includes the plural and vice versa and words importing a gender includes other genders.
(j) Other grammatical forms of defined words and expressions have corresponding meanings.
(k) An agreement, covenant, representation, warranty or indemnity in favour of two or more persons is for the benefit of them jointly and severally.
(l) An agreement, covenant, representation, warranty or indemnity made by two or more persons is made by them jointly and severally.
(m) Headings are for ease of reference only and do not affect the construction of the agreement.
(n) The terms appearing on the company’s document entitled “Boat Hire Agreement and Release” apply and supersede the terms herein to the extent of any inconsistency.
(o) Where the context admits, the provisions of this document extend beyond any termination
All Your rights set out in this agreement are in addition to Your rights as a consumer (Your consumer rights) under applicable consumer products legislation.
Your consumer Rights are not excluded, restricted or modified by the Hire Agreement.

All motorhome, caravan and campervan pitches are on gravelled hard standing with electricity hook-up points.
These camping pitches are in high demand during events, so be sure to book early; they will be allocated on a first come basis.

All pitches are conveniently located for the Academy facilities which include Restaurant, Café and Bar. These are situated on the first floor of the building and enjoy spectacular sea views with the mountains of Snowdonia in the distance. Showers and Toilets are also available (day and night durnig events and Training Camps) and by arrangement kettle and tea making facilities.
All motor-home pitches are on gravelled hard standing and with access to water points. Further information about our facilities are available here

We consider these terms and conditions (the “Terms”) and our prices to set out the entire agreement between you and us for the supply of our services to you. Only these terms shall apply to our contract with you.
Please check that the details in these terms and conditions and your Booking Request are complete and accurate before you commit yourself to the contract.
If you think that there is a mistake, please make sure that you ask us to confirm any changes in writing, as we can only accept responsibility for statements and representations made in writing by our authorised employees and agents.

Room and facility hire at the Plas Heli Site (referred to as “Room Hire in Plas Heli”) sells rooms and associated services via www.plasheli.org (the “Website”), via its office / reception, via email requests, via postal requests and takes bookings direct on our web site www.plasheli.org (the “Site”). Any person wishing to make a booking via any of these methods (referred to as “you/your”) acknowledges that such booking is made subject to these Terms.
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Any such changes will take effect immediately when posted on the Website, in the brochure, at the Sites, or otherwise brought to your attention. It is your responsibility to read the Terms each time you submit a Booking Request and any such request shall signify that you have accepted to be bound by the latest set of Terms. A copy of the latest set of Terms is available on the Website and upon request.
In addition to these Terms, there may be specific rules and regulations that apply to separate sites within our control. Please contact us by e-mail in advance of your arrival if you require further details of any site specific rules and regulations.
You can only book online, via our web site www.plasheli.org. These Terms and Conditions will, however, apply to all visits to the Plas Heli site for the purpose of your booking. Please check your confirmation as Plas Heli cannot be held responsible for errors in information provided at the time of booking.
Bookings are not transferable to another party.
When making a booking you agree that you or at least one member of your party is eighteen years or over, you have the authority of all persons in your party to book on their behalf, you accept these Terms & Conditions and you agree to be responsible for any loss or damage caused by any member of your party or animal accompanying you.
Advance bookings are subject to minimum time span. These vary from time to time, according to events and by season, please refer to our web site for further details.
Stag, hen or similar parties are welcome only at the sole discretion of Plas Heli and provided that there is no conflict with a sporting event this also applies to any groups of five or more booking a room or space. Please inform us at the time of booking.
A security bond of £30 per room may be requested in advance and at Plas Heli's discretion. Refusal to pay the bond may mean the booking is cancelle.
For groups, the names of all the responsible, on-site, adults need to be provided at the time of booking. Failure to provide all the names may lead to the booking being cancelled or the Site Manager refusing entry to the site.
The prices advertised on the Plas Heli web site here are accurate at the time of booking. Prices can move up or down and Plas Heli reserve the right to do so. Customers are advised to check the website for the most up-to-date information including our latest promotions, deals and discounts. Although prices may vary from time-to-time, the price payable is the price confirmed at the time of booking.
The prices are based on a day or hourly rate unless otherwise stated. Prices include VAT at the current prevailing rate.
Whilst we will make every effort to ensure that our prices remain unchanged, they may be amended at any time prior to payment of the final balance.
Prices do not include any additional services, features and facilities unless expressly stated.
Group bookings for multiple rooms will be accepted at the discretion of Plas Heli, please contact us for details.
Promotions, deals or discounted offers are provided at the discretion of Plas Heli. All offers are subject to availability, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount and may be withdrawn at any time. Retrospective refunds are not permitted against any offer or promotion advertised after such time a booking is made.
Room Extras – These include White Boards and Markers, Flip Charts, Projector, Large Screen TV with HDMI cable, Sound System - speaker, amplifier and microphone, Translation Equipment. Prices for room extras are set out in our web site price tariff. Room extras must be paid for at the time of booking otherwise we cannot guarantee that they will be available.
Payment for bookings can only be made on-line by Credit / Debit Card or PayPal. Unfortunately, we cannot accept payment by cash in advance or on-site.
You will be informed by Plas Heli if the full cost of your event is payable at the time of booking, a room will not be reserved until payment of the deposit or fee is received. This will facilitate a quicker check in on-site (particularly during events, weekends and peak periods). We recommend that you make your booking early due to high demand during events and the limited number of pitches.
Site services, features and facilities may vary between seasons and ongoing events. Details of Site services, features and facilities will be prominently displayed in the reception area at Plas Heli and on our web site. Features, facilities or services referred to in any Brochure, Site Leaflet or on the Website are subject to availability and may be supplied by third parties. You use these services, features and facilities at your own risk and Plas Heli shall have no responsibility for loss, damage or injury in relation to any services, features or facilities provided or supplied by third parties.
Information about features, facilities and services at Plas Heli is, to the best of our knowledge and belief, accurate at the time of publication of the brochure and Website, however Plas Heli cannot guarantee that these services, features and facilities will be available during your stay.
All information on the Website regarding prices is accurate as at the time of publication, but may be subject to change.
There is a cafe and bar at Plas Heli and these facilities will be available during our normal opening hours and are serviced by third party contractors.
There will be a high demand for parking from competitors, other marina and club users during busy event periods and bank holiday weekends and this may impede ingress and egress from the facility.
You and your guests may be issued with parking permits these must be prominantly display, on the windscreen/window for the duration of your stay.
The services (Electricity, water and Broadband) are provided by Plas Heli and are all subject to our Fait and Acceptable Usage Policy.
“Fair and Acceptable Usage Policy” applied to all services, water electricity and internet connection. We provide services, and the customer will have nominally unlimited use which is included in the fee. This is intended to allow normal usage but, prevent what is considered excessive.
Excessive use will lead to additional charges or suspension, and this is enforced directly, without legal proceedings. See Plas Heli - Fair and Acceptable Usage Policy

If you cancel your event at Plas Heli at any point after booking, there will be a cancellation fee payable and this will be deducted from the booking fee paid. The balance (if any) will be repaid to you within 14 days of your notice of cancellation
The charge will be made on the following basis:
For Events - Cancellation within 14 days of arrival to an event - no refund - charge made 100% of the booking fee paid. This room could have been made available to another customer.
For cancellations made earlier than 14 days of your event we will refund 70% of your fee.
If you leave facility early for any reason Plas Heli will not issue any refund for unused time.
Unfortunately, in some rare circumstances Plas Heli may have to cancel your booking. In these circumstances we will offer you a full refund of any fees paid or the option of an alternative room of a comparable standard. No other compensation is available.
If you want to amend your booking, you must notify Plas Heli in writing as soon as possible. Subject to availability, amendments to your booking may be made up to seven days before your arrival at Plas Heli. Amendments to bookings are subject to availability and a £12 per booking administration fee. Your admin fee will be waived if the overall cost of your booking increases due to the amendment made. If you wish to transfer your booking to another date, we will use our reasonable endeavours to satisfy your request wherever possible subject to availability and payment of the correct fees. Transferred dates must be within the same booking season.
It is important that you report to the Plas Heli Reception/Office on arrival, and pay any outstanding balance on your booking and any additional fees.
Arrival times on-site are as set out on your booking. If you wish to arrive earlier, please e-mail Plas Heli on day prior to your arrival and we will do our best to accommodate your request, but this cannot be guaranteed. Please inform the Plas Heli if you are likely to arrive late.
Rooms must be vacated promptly at your departure time unless otherwise agreed with Plas Heli.
Subject to availability, we accept bookings up to the day prior to your arrival and this is done on-line.
The Plas Heli team and volunteers are fully empowered in all aspects of Site operation and management. Plas Heli fully supports its site administration team in dealing with matters of policy at their sole discretion when the need arises. In placing a Booking, you agree that you and your party will at all times comply with the requests of the Plas Heli Team.
As the person booking the room, you are responsible for the behaviour of all members of the party whilst at Plas Heli.
Any wilful damage to the Site or any other Plas Heli property will result in you being asked to immediately leave. If you are asked to leave under these circumstances, no monies will be refunded.
We reserve the discretion to ask any customer for a security bond. This will be refunded in full at the end of your event unless, in the opinion of Plas Heli you have displayed unreasonable behaviour (this includes but is not limited to, excessive noise, wilful damage to the Site or other people’s property and abuse of our staff and contractors).
To respect the enjoyment of others, we ask that noise levels are kept to a minimum.
No structures can be tied or secured to the Plas Heli fences. Any structures that are or are judged to be causing damage to the site will be taken down or removed. The Plas Heli team reserve the right to do so without prior consent and wholly at the teams’ discretion.
Dogs are welcome on the Plas Heli site. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times and any fouling must be collected and disposed of immediately. If there is an incident on-site involving your dog please note that you may be asked to leave the site immediately.
We want you to have an enjoyable stay at Plas Heli. Should you have cause for complaint, please contact our Site Manager immediately who will try to resolve your complaint and advise you of our complaints procedure.
We ask you to note that if you do not give us the opportunity to resolve the problem by reporting it on-site, we may not be able to deal with any complaint on your return and your rights to claim may have been reduced or forfeited.
If, at the end of your event, you feel we have not dealt with your complaint satisfactorily, we ask that the main booker submits a written complaint within 14 days of your event to: Centre Manager, Plas heli Cyf, Hafan, Pwllheli Gwynedd LL53 5YT or through our website at www.plasheli.org
At times we may request that you voluntarily supply us with personal information. Generally this information is requested when you request information and/or services from us. We may gather and use information about you in the following ways:

Plas Heli, our Catering Franchisee, Cyngor Gwynedd Council and Pwllheli Sailing Club will not accept any liability for personal injury arising out of the use of this facility either sustained by members, their guests or visitors whether or not such damage or injury could have been attributed to or was occasioned by the neglect, default or negligence any member, visitor, servants or agents.
Nothing in this section limits or attempts to limit our liability for:
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
• Any breach of the obligations implied by Section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982; or
• Losses for which it is prohibited in Section 7 of the Consumer Protection Act 1987 to limit liability; or
• Any other matter for which it would be illegal or unlawful for us to exclude or attempt to exclude our liability.
Subject to the matters detailed above, if we fail to comply with these Terms, we shall not be responsible for any losses that you suffer as a result, except for those losses which we could reasonably foresee would result from our failure to comply with these Terms.
In addition to the above, we shall not be responsible for any:
• Loss of income or revenue;
• Loss of business
• Loss of anticipated savings
• Loss of data
Our maximum liability shall be no more than to refund the amount paid by you to Plas Heli for the event.
As our site is located in a marine environment, we do not accept responsibility for any damage, injury or inconvenience caused by marine activity, plants or wildlife.
Force Majeure - Plas Heli does not accept responsibility for anything that adversely affects your stay that is outside of our control. These circumstances are known as ‘Force Majeure’ events and are circumstances that Plas Heli could not, even with due care, have foreseen or avoided. Such circumstances include (but are not limited to) war, civil unrest, industrial action, adverse weather conditions, terrorist activity, natural disaster, fire, adverse and all other similar events outside of our control. Plas Heli will endeavour to manage any problems caused as a result of a Force Majeure event but shall be under no obligation to do so and shall not be liable to you for any losses caused by a Force Majeure event.
Reference to any products, services or other information belonging to third parties does not imply or constitute an endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation by Plas Heli. Links to other services not operated by Plas Heli are provided solely for your convenience. Plas Heli accepts no liability for any products services or other information provided by third parties.
Any photographs, descriptions or advertising we issue, and any descriptions or illustrations contained in our catalogue, or brochures or on our Website, are issued or published solely to provide you with an approximate idea of our Sites and services. They do not form part of the contract between you and us.
If any court or competent authority decides that any of the provisions of these Terms are invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, the Term will, to that extent only, be severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
If we fail at any time while these Terms are in force, to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these Terms, or if we do not exercise any of our rights or remedies under these Terms, that will not mean that we have waived such rights or remedies and will not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations. Any waiver of a default by us does not mean that we will automatically waive any subsequent waive by you. No waiver by us of any of these Terms shall be effective unless we expressly say that it is a waiver and we tell you so in writing.
A person who is not party to these Terms shall not have any rights under or in connection with them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
You may not transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms to another person without our prior written consent, which we will not withhold unreasonably. We can transfer all or any of our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation, but this will not affect your rights under these Terms.
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations relating to these Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the Law of England and Wales. You and we both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts. This contract shall be concluded in the English language.

The prices advertised on the Plas Heli web site here are accurate at the time of booking. Prices can move up or down and Plas Heli reserve the right to do so. Customers are advised to check the website for the most up-to-date information including our latest promotions, deals and discounts. Although prices may vary from time-to-time, the price payable is the price confirmed at the time of booking.
The prices are based on a daily/overnight stay rate unless otherwise stated. Prices include VAT at the current prevailing rate.
Whilst we will make every effort to ensure that our prices remain unchanged, they may be amended at any time prior to payment of the final balance.
Prices do not include any additional services, features and facilities unless expressly stated.
The car parking fee is for one car only - if you require overnight parking for a motor home or caravan please refer to our on-line camping arrangements and tariffs here
If you require parking for a boat or other trailer please contact us to make arrangements. Any arrangements made will also be subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Promotions, deals or discounted offers are provided at the discretion of Plas Heli. All offers are subject to availability, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount and may be withdrawn at any time. Retrospective refunds are not permitted against any offer or promotion advertised after such time a booking is made.
It is essential, for security and health and safety, that all visitors send an email to to record their use (unless using tghe on-line payment method).
Age Concession Rates – by arrangement.
Payment for bookings can only be made on-line by Credit / Debit Card or PayPal. Unfortunately, we cannot accept payment by cheque or cash in advance or on-site (unless to an autharised car park attendant at busy periods).
Parking availability will vary between seasons and ongoing events. Details of Site services, features and facilities will be prominently displayed in the reception area at Plas Heli and on our web site. Features, facilities or services referred to in any Brochure, Site Leaflet or on the Website are subject to availability and may be supplied by third parties. You use these services, features and facilities at your own risk and Plas Heli shall have no responsibility for loss, damage or injury in relation to any services, features or facilities provided or supplied by third parties.
Information about features, facilities and services at Plas Heli is, to the best of our knowledge and belief, accurate at the time of publication of the brochure and Website, however Plas Heli cannot guarantee that these services, features and facilities will be available during your stay.
All information on the Website regarding prices is accurate as at the time of publication, but may be subject to change.
There will be a high demand for parking from competitors, other marina and club users during busy event periods and bank holiday weekends and this may impede ingress and egress particularly for larger vehicles.
You must display, on your windscreen/window, the pitch permit issued by Plas Heli for the duration of your stay. This will identify your allocated pitch and registration/identification code.
Vehicle Conversions - Sleeping in cars or vans is not permitted
There is no refund of paid parking booking.
If you leave site early for any reason Plas Heli will not issue any refund for unused parking hours.
Unfortunately, in some rare circumstances Plas Heli may have to cancel your booking. In these circumstances we will offer you a full refund of any fees paid or the option of an alternative pitch/site of a comparable standard. No other compensation is available.
The Plas Heli team and volunteers are fully empowered in all aspects of Site operation and management. Plas Heli fully supports its site administration team in dealing with matters of policy at their sole discretion when the need arises. In placing a Booking, you agree that you and your party will at all times comply with the requests of the Plas Heli Team.
As the person booking the parking, you are responsible for the behaviour of all members of the party whilst on site at Plas Heli.
Any wilful damage to the Site or any other Plas Heli property will result in you being asked to immediately leave. If you are asked to leave under these circumstances, no monies will be refunded.
To protect our property the burning of wood is strictly prohibited. Open fires, fire pits and rope swings are also prohibited. No structures can be tied or secured to the Plas Heli fences. Any structures that are or are judged to be causing damage to the site will be taken down or removed. The Plas Heli team reserve the right to do so without prior consent and wholly at the teams’ discretion.
Dogs are welcome on the Plas Heli site. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times and any fouling must be collected and disposed of immediately. If there is an incident on-site involving your dog please note that you may be asked to leave the site immediately.
We want you to have an enjoyable stay at Plas Heli. Should you have cause for complaint, please send an e-mail to immediately and we will try to resolve your complaint and advise you of our complaints procedure.
We ask you to note that if you do not give us the opportunity to resolve the problem by reporting it on-site, we may not be able to deal with any complaint on your return and your rights to claim may have been reduced or forfeited.
If, at the end of your stay with us, you feel we have not dealt with your complaint satisfactorily, we ask that the main booker submits a written complaint within 28 days of your return home to: Centre Manager, Plas heli Cyf, Hafan, Pwllheli Gwynedd LL53 5YT or through our website at www.plasheli.org

Plas Heli, Cyngor Gwynedd Council and Pwllheli Sailing Club will not accept any liability for personal injury arising out of the use of this facility either sustained by members, their guests or visitors whether or not such damage or injury could have been attributed to or was occasioned by the neglect, default or negligence any member, visitor, servants or agents.
Nothing in this section limits or attempts to limit our liability for:
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
• Any breach of the obligations implied by Section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982; or
• Losses for which it is prohibited in Section 7 of the Consumer Protection Act 1987 to limit liability; or
• Any other matter for which it would be illegal or unlawful for us to exclude or attempt to exclude our liability.
Subject to the matters detailed above, if we fail to comply with these Terms, we shall not be responsible for any losses that you suffer as a result, except for those losses which we could reasonably foresee would result from our failure to comply with these Terms.
In addition to the above, we shall not be responsible for any:
• Loss of income or revenue;
• Loss of business
• Loss of anticipated savings
• Loss of data
Our maximum liability shall be no more than to refund the amount paid by you for the parking space.
As our site is located in a marine environment, we do not accept responsibility for any damage, injury or inconvenience caused by marine activity, plants or wildlife.
Force Majeure - Plas Heli does not accept responsibility for anything that adversely affects your stay that is outside of our control. These circumstances are known as ‘Force Majeure’ events and are circumstances that Plas Heli could not, even with due care, have foreseen or avoided. Such circumstances include (but are not limited to) war, civil unrest, industrial action, adverse weather conditions, terrorist activity, natural disaster, fire, adverse and all other similar events outside of our control. Plas Heli will endeavour to manage any problems caused as a result of a Force Majeure event but shall be under no obligation to do so and shall not be liable to you for any losses caused by a Force Majeure event.
Reference to any products, services or other information belonging to third parties does not imply or constitute an endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation by Plas Heli. Links to other services not operated by Plas Heli are provided solely for your convenience. Plas Heli accepts no liability for any products services or other information provided by third parties.
Any photographs, descriptions or advertising we issue, and any descriptions or illustrations contained in our catalogue, or brochures or on our Website, are issued or published solely to provide you with an approximate idea of our Sites and services. They do not form part of the contract between you and us.
If any court or competent authority decides that any of the provisions of these Terms are invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, the Term will, to that extent only, be severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
If we fail at any time while these Terms are in force, to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these Terms, or if we do not exercise any of our rights or remedies under these Terms, that will not mean that we have waived such rights or remedies and will not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations. Any waiver of a default by us does not mean that we will automatically waive any subsequent waive by you. No waiver by us of any of these Terms shall be effective unless we expressly say that it is a waiver and we tell you so in writing.
A person who is not party to these Terms shall not have any rights under or in connection with them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
You may not transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms to another person without our prior written consent, which we will not withhold unreasonably. We can transfer all or any of our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation, but this will not affect your rights under these Terms.
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations relating to these Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the Law of England and Wales. You and we both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts. This contract shall be concluded in the English language.
