Dewch i gymeryd rhan yn ras 5k neu 10k Pwllheli!

Ras fyrach hwyliog i blant a theuluoedd, a dewis o unai 5k neu 10k i oedolion a phobl ifanc dros 13 mlwydd oed. Bydd yn cael ei amseru, gyda medal unigryw i bawb sydd yn cwblhau'r ras.

Bydd y Ras Hwyl yn cychwyn am 9:30am a'r rasys 5k a 10k yn cychwyn am 10:00am.

*Ras Hwyl 1k. £2.50 gyda medal i bob plentyn. (Bydd unrhyw elw o'r ras hon yn cael eu cyfrannu tuag at gynllun Mynediad i Bawb).
*5k. Ffi gofrestru o £12 gyda medal unigryw a photel o ddwr ar y linell derfyn.
*10k. Ffi gofrestru o £15 gyda medal unigryw a photel o ddwr ar y linell derfyn.

Rhedwch er mwyn eich boddhad personol, neu heriwch eich hun a chodi arian i elusen, mae i fyny i chi. Mae nifer o lefydd yn gyfyngedig ar gyfer y rasys yma, felly;r cyntaf i'r felin. Rydym yn rhagweld y bydd llawer o ddiddordeb. Nodwch os gwelwch yn dda nad oes modd derbyn ad-daliad os nad ydych yn cymeryd rhan, ond mae posib eu trosglwyddo i redwr arall, o leiaf 2 wythnos cyn ddyddiad y ras, trwy gysylltu a'r swyddfa cyn gynted a phosib.

Park Run is a 5k timed run, you against the clock! Every Saturday morning at 9.00am

ParkRun

Pwllheli parkrun is the only Britain mainland beach based parkrun. Its free to enter and is run by volunteers. There is also a great social side to the parkrun where everyone meets in the café upstairs afterwards to refuel with breakfast baps and coffee.
